Dr. Dunn is the Preaching-Teaching and founding pastor of Cornerstone Bible Fellowship, founded in 2004. Dr. Dunn preaches expositionally and is involved in an extensive counseling ministry and counseling training. He holds a Master’s Degree in Religious Education from Grand Rapids Baptist Seminary and a D.Ed.Min in Biblical Counseling from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, Kentucky.

Dr. Dunn has been certified by the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) since 2002. He serves as the Executive Director of the Biblical Counseling Institute. He teaches at Strengthening Ministries Training Institute in the Republic of South Africa. He lectures on Biblical Counseling at Brookes Bible College and has taught Biblical Counseling at Tyrannus Online Seminary in Malaysia. Dr. Dunn has served as the Moderator of the Fellowship of Independent Reformed Evangelicals (FIRE), and he now serves as Moderator pro tem and board member. He is also a board member of This Present Hope. He and his wife, Beth, live on the Westside of Cleveland, and have two adult children and a son-in-law.
